"We started by building a dream list, which really helped me to see what I wanted for my life...I was able to see where my strengths and weaknesses lie and how I can build on them to become a better person.

I began to improve my attitude towards work, which gave me self confidence in improving my test results by some 10 - 15%. I now feel I can fit more into my day by planning a study timetable.

I have a much greater appreciation for relationships. I have gained in my self confidence greatly, which has given me greater direction in life.

Before doing the Making Of a Champion Programme I was organised but not sufficiently motivated. I was very shy and now I feel I have overcome my shyness. I also used to have a lot of self-doubt and I know I now feel very optimistic."
